Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Evening Hours

About the role

Provide support in a residential setting to individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and promote positive behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Document progress and communicate with team members
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
