About the role
A registered behavior technician (RBT) is needed to provide support in an early intervention setting. The role involves conducting assessments, implementing behavioral interventions, and documenting progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Document progress and report to supervisors
- Collaborate with families and other professionals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as an RBT from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
