About the role
Provide support in a residential setting to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Implement behavioral interventions based on evidence-based practices
- Document progress and observations in client files
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening test
- Pass a physical examination
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of positive behavior support strategies
