About the role
Provide support in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Document progress and observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
