Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required - Up to $1,000 Retention Bonus

About the role

We invest in RBTs who grow with us – earn a retention bonus at every milestone:

  • $100 at 90 days
  • $200 at 6 months
  • $200 at 1 year
  • $500 at 2 years

You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow. Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.

Responsibilities

  • Implement personalized behavior plans created by your BCBA
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Build consistent, trusting relationships with children and their families

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be fluent in Spanish
  • Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially those who need extra patience and creativity
  • Active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one (we provide a clear path to certification with a BCBA mentor)
  • Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs
  • Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or similar experience working with kids
  • Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
  • Physical ability to keep up with active work (e.g., getting on the floor, moving around, lifting ~50 lbs)
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
