About the Role

Aviation ABA Therapy is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking to join our growing team serving families across Salt Lake County. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs, helping them develop communication, social, and life skills that allow them to thrive. We are a boutique ABA provider focused on strong clinical support, positive team culture, and meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home settings
  • Implement treatment programs designed by a BCBA
  • Use play-based and structured ABA teaching methods
  • Collect and record therapy session data electronically
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical leadership
  • Support Spanish-speaking families by helping bridge communication during therapy sessions
  • Assist with therapy materials, preparation, and organization
  • Follow individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality
  • Support generalization of skills through collaboration with families

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — or willingness to become certified with company support
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County
  • Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable using tablets or iPads for electronic data collection
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
  • Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance

Schedule Options

  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available
  • After-school hours available
  • Sessions typically scheduled between 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Consistent weekly client schedules

Pay

$22–$28 per hour (based on experience)
