Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bellevue, NE - Mon–Fri evenings

About the role

Step Ahead ABA has an in‑home ABA case open in Bellevue. A BCBA is already assigned to the case and covers the region. The role involves delivering direct therapy in the family’s home, following a treatment and behavior‑intervention plan written by the assigned BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to the client’s treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Follow the plan, read it before each session, and inform the assigned BCBA promptly if something looks off.
• Participate in supportive supervision: receive competency assessments, observations, and feedback from the Step Ahead BCBA.
• Treat the family’s home with respect and engage consistently with the child.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date (or eligibility to register via the free BT Speedrun program).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday evenings.
• Comfort working in a family’s home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay active and engaged during sessions.

Pay

$22–$23 per hour for direct (billable) therapy. $16 per hour for paid non‑billable time (training, required meetings, etc.). Both rates are disclosed before you start.

Monday–Friday evenings (exact days, times, and neighborhood are confirmed at interview before you commit).
