About the role

Support individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through behavior analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans based on individualized treatment programs
• Monitor and record data to evaluate progress
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Passing the RBT certification exam required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
