What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with accuracy and consistency
- Collect and record session data to track client progress
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
- Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
- Prepare session materials and adapt to client needs in real time
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
- Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data
- Reliable transportation for local client sessions
- Availability for afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts
