Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism, offering primarily in-home 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on high communication, support, and guidance to help each therapist feel confident in their role.
About the role
As an ABA Therapist, you will provide interventions in natural environments, collect and analyze data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
Qualifications
- RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
- Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Pay
$18–$28 per hour.
