Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Murphy, NC. We are looking for individuals passionate about helping children grow through ABA therapy while building a rewarding career in behavioral health and mental health services.

About The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA therapy services in home and community environments
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills
  • Collect session data and complete detailed documentation
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with families and supervisors
  • Follow ABA therapy and behavioral health protocols consistently

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
  • Experience as an RBT, Behavior Technician, Behavioral Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, or Mental Health Technician preferred
  • Candidates interested in completing RBT training are encouraged to apply
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
