Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
Requirements
- RBT Certification from the BACB (required)
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
