About the role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. As an RBT with our organization, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, following individualized behavior plans created by experienced BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy
- Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
- Collect session data using simple tools
- Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA
- Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session
Qualifications
- Current, active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus)
- Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
