Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Your Role

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior support programs
• Encourage communication, independence, and positive behavior development
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
• Complete electronic session notes and documentation on time
• Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Warrenton area
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire
