Your Role
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior support programs
- Encourage communication, independence, and positive behavior development
- Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
- Complete electronic session notes and documentation on time
- Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to support treatment goals
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Warrenton area
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire
