Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
- Implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA
- Collect and track session data accurately
- Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Comfort working in a home-based setting
- A genuine commitment to helping individuals build independence
- Consistency, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
