Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking an experienced RBT to join our team. The role offers a structured career path with opportunities for advancement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply creative and advanced techniques in a play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but a college degree is preferred but not required.
• Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs., sustaining impacts, running, crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods, bending at the waist, full range of motion of hands and arms, sitting for long periods, moving quickly between standing and seated/kneeling positions, communicating verbally and written, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license are required.
• You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.

Pay

$20.00-$23.00 per hour
