Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Role Overview

Jade ABA is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school ABA cases in Silver Spring, with additional nearby opportunities in Kensington and Riverdale. This role is ideal for RBTs looking to build a consistent weekly schedule in a high-demand area, with access to multiple nearby cases that help maximize hours while minimizing travel.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Schedule & Availability

• Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM / 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend option: Saturday–Sunday (morning to afternoon)
• Opportunity to build 20–40 hours per week by combining cases

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (Required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
