Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Jade ABA is growing and we are looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong support for both families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Afternoon and after-school cases available
• 20–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
