Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Yes ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies in a one-on-one setting with clients, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, as well as maintain accurate records of sessions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients and their families
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment, adhering to all program protocols and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Part-time hours available; some evenings and weekends may be required
