Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Jade ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes. The ideal candidate will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Afternoon and after-school cases available
• 20–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
