About the role
This role is for a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT).
Responsibilities
- Work with children with ASD in their home to provide behavioral intervention, implement ABA therapy, and communicate progress to families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Experience with Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Psychology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience providing behavioral intervention
- Experience implementing ABA therapy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience working with children with ASD is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
