Full-Time or Part-Time | $24–$28/hour About Jade ABA Therapy Jade ABA Therapy provides evidence-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We focus on compassionate, individualized care that helps children build skills, independence, and meaningful connections. Role We are seeking dependable, compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA therapy. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment programs, collect data, document sessions, and communicate client progress to the clinical team and caregivers. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervisionProvide one-on-one therapy in clients' homesTeach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skillsCollect and document accurate session dataCommunicate observations and progress to the supervising BCBACollaborate with caregivers and the clinical teamMaintain confidentiality and professional standards Qualifications Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certificationHigh school diploma or GED requiredABA or experience working with children preferredBachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsReliable transportationDependable, patient, and comfortable working with children What We Offer $24–$28/hour, based on experience and qualificationsFlexible schedulingPaid RBT trainingPaid time offProfessional developmentOngoing BCBA supervisionReferral programCareer growth opportunities Schedule: Monday–Friday; 20–40 hours/week, based on client needs and availability.
