Role Overview

As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home, supporting skill development and behavior goals while working closely with a supervising BCBA and the client's family.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention in a home setting
• Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and track session data and client progress
• Communicate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and team collaboration

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience in ABA and behavioral intervention
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
• Reliable transportation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 20–40 hours per week (with opportunity to expand caseload)
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Monday–Friday schedule (weekend opportunities as needed)
