Job Summary

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism and related disorders
Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans
Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver-buy-in and family engagement

Requirements

Completion of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
0 years of experience as an RBT or related field
