Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help us make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism and related disorders
  • Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver-buy-in and family engagement

Requirements

  • Completion of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • 0 years of experience as an RBT or related field
