Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Newnan, GA Company: Intellistars ABA Location: Dallas, GA RBT certification required Salary: $25 - $30 HOURLY Intellistars ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT with Intellistars ABA, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities. This role is crucial in supporting clients in achieving their behavioral goals and improving their overall quality of life. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Job Duties: Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBACollect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goalsAssist in developing care plans tailored to individual needsEducate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventionsMaintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulationsCollaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approachProvide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for clientsParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy Skills: Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practicesFamiliarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentationExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly childrenStrong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectivelyAbility to educate clients and families about behavior management techniquesProficient in creating and maintaining detailed medical records and care plansExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and familiesA passion for helping others improve their lives through effective behavioral therapy Schedule: Monday to FridayWeekends as needed Job Type: Part-time About Us: At Intellistars ABA, we believe that we do the best work when we can see our efforts take effect.
