Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary

As an RBT with Intellistars ABA, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes. You will implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address individual goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in their natural environments, including their homes
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by BCBAs to address individual goals and objectives
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless transitions and share progress updates

Requirements

• Possession of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends (flexibility a must)
