About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey. As an RBT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions
- Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions
- Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification preferred but not required
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as needed
