What You’ll Do
- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old.
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change.
Who We’re Looking For
- RBTs with active certification.
- Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families.
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes.
- Willingness and ability to pass a background check.
