About the role
Join us for a chance to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team! Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities by following patients’ treatment plan.
- Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Requirements
- RBT certification required
- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
- Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (preferred)
