Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
Follow treatment plans created by a BCBAT
Track and document client progress
Collaborate with families and team members
Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
Experience with children (required)
Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
