About the Role
Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBAT
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Experience with children (required)
- Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
