About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients in Fort Meade, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of BCBAs
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
- Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting
- Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress
Requirements
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) or equivalent experience
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay
$21 - $30 per hour based on experience.
