Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients.

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collecting and recording data to track client progress
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) or equivalent experience
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay

$21 - $30 hourly based on experience.

Paid training provided.
