Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About the role
Join the Finni Health team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You’ll work alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized behavior intervention services, collect progress data, collaborate with families, and participate in team meetings and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
- Collect and record data on child's progress
- Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
- Active CPR certification
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods

$21 - $23 per hour
