About the role
Finni Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a child on the autism spectrum in the Waterford, Virginia area.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to a child on the autism spectrum
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the child's needs
- Monitor and record progress towards treatment goals
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals involved in the child's care
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification
- In-home ABA experience required
Compensation
$26-$30/hour
