This position serves as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Circle Care Services in Marietta, GA. The role involves providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual needs
- Monitor and document client progress towards goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment planning
- Train and supervise other staff members as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved RBT training program
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing score on the RBT certification exam
