This position serves as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Circle Care Services in Marietta, GA. The role involves providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual needs
• Monitor and document client progress towards goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment planning
• Train and supervise other staff members as needed

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved RBT training program
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing score on the RBT certification exam
