About the role
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings such as schools, homes, and community centers.
- Document progress and communicate with supervisors and families about client progress.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved RBT training program.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
