Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined in individualized service plans
• Monitor and record client progress towards goals
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement behavior support strategies
• Document all interactions and observations in client files
• Attend training sessions and workshops related to applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
