About the role
Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined in individualized service plans
- Monitor and record client progress towards goals
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement behavior support strategies
- Document all interactions and observations in client files
- Attend training sessions and workshops related to applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
