About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. Positions are available for both experienced ABA Professionals and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
  • Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
  • Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
  • Foster a supportive and caring environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children).
  • Active RBT status.
  • A valid drivers license and vehicle.

Skills

  • Passion for working with children with autism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.

Pay

Compensation is competitive and includes a $500 sign-on bonus for those committing to late day/evening slots, including PT employees.
