About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. Positions are available for both experienced ABA Professionals and recent graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
- Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
- Create engaging and fun learning experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children).
- Active RBT status.
- A valid drivers license and vehicle.
Skills
- Passion for working with children with autism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.

Pay
Compensation is competitive and includes a $500 sign-on bonus for those committing to late day/evening slots, including PT employees.
