Position Summary
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based interventions designed to improve the quality of life for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Provide one-on-one support and behavioral interventions to clients
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Assist in training and supervision of other RBTs and assistants
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and plan next steps
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
