Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). At Blue Jay ABA, you’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented setting where purpose meets passion.

We specialize in delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians collaborates closely with families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
