About the role
As an RBT with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment
- Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBAT
- Track and report on client progress through session notes
- Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day
- Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids
- Previous ABA experience is a plus
