Job Description

Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in Mount Airy, NC and surrounding areas (Dobson, Pilot Mountain, Elkin, King).

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBAs
• Track and record client progress using data collection tools
• Support skill development (communication, social, daily living skills)
• Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain – we provide support)
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related)
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
