Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Blossom ABA Therapy is looking for warm, motivated, and caring RBTs in Winchester. We pride ourselves on being there for our RBTs every step of the way, from finding cases that work for you to ensuring you feel supported in your day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children in a safe nurturing environment.
• Implement the specific therapy Program designed by the BCBA
• Teach the skills that allow the kids to thrive.
• Write detailed session notes

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or as an ABA Therapist.
• Driver's license and reliable access to transportation
• Detail-oriented
• Experience implementing ABA therapy.

Pay

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour, with a minimum of 15 hours per week for part-time and 30 hours per week for full-time.
