Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Toccoa, GA.

About the Role

RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to work with children with autism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health
• Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress)
