Position Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE AN Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Certificate of completion for 40 Hour RBT Training.
- Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Compensation & Schedule
- Location: Harrisonville, MO.
- Schedule: Part-Time.
- Hours: 20 Hours per week- 11am-2pm (During the Summer) 15 Hours per week- Afternoon Schedule (Once school Begins).
- Pay Rate: $22 – $26 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
