About the role
Beyond Core Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Marshall, MO. They are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $21-29/hour
- Part-Time: 20 hours/week
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:30pm -7:30pm
Qualifications
- Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with clients who exhibit challenging behaviors, including aggression, hitting, kicking, spitting, and self-injurious behaviors, is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
- 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
- Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
