Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and maintain accurate, timely data on client progress
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement behavior intervention and reduction strategies as directed
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations
- Prior experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or behavioral health is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
