About the role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Utah County area. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
- Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
- Collect and record data electronically after each session
- Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team
- Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
- Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)
- Reliable transportation within Utah County and surrounding areas
- Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
- Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance
