Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 – $32/hour
• Part-Time: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 3:30 – 6:30 PM / Wednesday and Thursday 3:30 – 7:30 PM and weekends (Saturday 10 AM – 1 PM preferred or flexible)
• Location: Monroe, CT

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
